Łopuszna is the location of the wooden manor house built around 1790. It belonged to the Tetmajer family. Thanks to Leon Tetmajer the manor house became a patriotic center in the Podhale region. Some of the more notable visitors here were Włodzimierz Tetmajer, a political activist, and Kazimierz Przerwa-Tetmajer, a leading representative of Young Polish poetry.

Currently in the manor house there is a branch of the Tatra Museum. The main building is a typical nobleman’s country manor house, covered by a hipped, shingled roof, with a columned porch. Such manor houses were typical for Polish nobility in 18th and 19th centuries.

Other site in Łopuszna is a wooden Gothic church from 16th century (from the similar period that the one in Dębno Podhalańskie). Jozef Tishner, a famous Polish priest and philosopher, also lived in Lopuszna.
